A Great Start to your Walk down The Rosary Path at Marylake

Installed in the spring of 2016, the Great Crucifix, made of specially processed stainless steel, is nineteen feet long while the bronze corpus is eleven feet in length. It is created by renowned Canadian sculptor, Timothy Schmalz. The scroll above the head of Christ indicating "Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews" was designed by Ted Harasti and is authentically inscribed in abbreviated form in three languages: Hebrew, Latin, and Greek, consistent with the Gospel narrative of Christ's Passion.
